Legal QA Analyst

Golden Gate Innovations is looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong lawyer to join a dynamic team working at the intersection of law and artificial intelligence. This role involves close collaboration with a technical team on an AI-driven product focused on U.S. defense litigation and insurance claims. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling large volumes of legal and medical records, possess a solid understanding of litigation workflows, and be eager to contribute to the development and refinement of AI systems within the legal domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze legal and medical documents, including pleadings, discovery materials, and medical records.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and legal relevance.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or misinterpretations in AI analysis.
- Provide structured feedback to the technical team to enhance AI performance.
- Assist in developing guidelines, prompts, and frameworks for AI outputs.
- Support case analysis from a defense litigation perspective, particularly in insurance-related matters.
- Ensure AI outputs align with U.S. legal standards and litigation practices.

Required Qualifications
- Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent).
- 2 to 3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Working knowledge of U.S. law, especially civil litigation or insurance defense.
- Experience reviewing legal documents and medical records.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify nuanced legal issues.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and document management systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
