You must have the following skills and knowledge to qualify for this role:
Skill, Experience and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a sales supervisor or in a similar position
- Must have English Langage ability at B1 Level or relevant education unless exempt
- Able to help motivate and direct a team
- Excellent People management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets
Role and Duties:
- Supervising sales staff
- Supervising sales activities to meet targets
- Preparing sales reports
- Preparing and monitoring work schedules
- Achieving sales and productivity targets and taking relevant steps
- Ensure the shop floor is organised and fully stocked
- Liaising with managers and other departments to resolve operational problems
- Making recommendations about staff, products and other needs to meet targets
- Reporting and updating about sales and related activities to management
- Recommending new products and goods to enhance sales
