Level 4 - Technical Lead / Project Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP ABAP on HANA professional with a minimum of six years of relevant experience, based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ODATA Services, CDS, and S4HANA technologies, including AMDP, CDS modeling, and scripting. This role involves working on global template development and rollouts, supporting ABAP debugging, change coordination, and ticket handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs with strong proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP programming.
- Provide support for debugging ABAP code and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in S/4HANA implementations and template development, with experience in at least two full implementation cycles.
- Design and develop Adobe Forms and manage their integration within SAP environments.
- Contribute to the implementation, support, and rollout of various SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Manage onsite development and support activities, including reviewing functional and technical specifications.
- Perform performance tuning, incident analysis, and provide effective solutions to technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development on HANA platform.
- Proven expertise in ODATA Services, CDS views, AMDP, and S4HANA modeling and scripting.
- Experience with global template development and rollout projects.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Forms development and integration.
- Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot ABAP code effectively.
- Experience in at least two S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
