Job Description:
- Reconciling Shipped Inventory with Amazon Physical Count
- Reconciling Outbound Shipments with Payments Data
- Collecting and Recording Supporting Documents and Ensuring Documentary Compliance
- Recording Shipments Received with Amazon
- Identifying and Investigating Discrepant Shipments
- Ensuring FBA Compliance for Outbound Shipments
- Suggesting Corrective Measures to Enable Faster Receiving with Amazon and Minimizing Delays
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- High level of attention to detail.
- The candidate must be willing to learn new concepts.
- Microsoft Excel & Outlook proficiency.
- Good communication skills & excellent professional ethics.
- 1-2 years experience in inventory reconciliation/ collection related/ customer-facing role (Amazon Accounts Management experience is a plus).
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Finance or Supply Chain
