Job Summary:

It is a leadership position and you will be responsible for planning, developing strategies and effectively implementing them within the organization. You will work collaboratively with the team members and build strong relationships with them. You will be coordinating with the relevant stakeholders and improving processes to achieve the KPIs on time with the desired outcomes.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team responsible for the development and program management of a consolidated roadmap of reconciliation services. 
  • Department liaison with Amazon seller support Team. 
  • Ensure optimized efficiency across the reconciliation department by minimizing the cost. 
  • Reconciling payment and receivable in the ledgers & Account reconciliation such as clearance and bank Inventory etc. 
  • Investigate discrepancies, funds and implement solutions. 
  • Look for systematic ways to use data to enhance associate experiences and vendor delivery of service to ensure consistency across the company. 
  • Make sure SOPs and other documentation is updated regularly as needed. 
  • Ensure legal and compliance obligations to guarantee the financial risk is mitigated to an acceptable level via daily/weekly/ monthly plans and their regular sync ups. 
  • Orientation, training and ramp up plans for new recruits. 
  • Handling shipment with cutting technology to minimize financial backlogs. 
  • Retro of previous years and strategic planning for future to omit any discrepancies.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation and above 
  • 3 to 5 Years of relevant professional experience with at least 2 years Managerial experience  in e- commerce industry
