Qualification & Experience: Candidate should hold an MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution with 2 to 3 years experience, preferably in a hospital.
Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the administrative work of the Accident & Emergency Department during his/her shift timings. This will include counseling patient's attendants regarding patient's health condition, any financial matters, medical benefits entitlement for corporate patient's, coordination with concerned departments to facilitate patient's or to address administrative matters, handle medico-legal issues in coordination with concerned staff as per LNH policies, coordinate with concerned department/staff for availability of ICU beds/Ventilators as per needs of patients in Accident & Emergency Department. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure patient satisfaction & quality service to patients during his/her duty timing & will also participate in Quality improvement activities of the department on an overall basis.

Good written & verbal communication skills, ability to work as a team player, proficient at computer skills on MS Office.
