Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating case files following audit plan regulations and protocols, compiling operational data for auditing activities and conducting intermittent audits, perform audit on billing and clinic management system and implement appropriate changes, collaborating with external auditors and identifying patient-care improvement programs and assist the audit team for all technical clinic aspects during internal audit.

Incumbent will bring technical competence in health operations to enable the Internal Audit Department  to undertake technical/quality reviews in the health care areas to add value to the Hospital by Compiling operational data for auditing activities and conducting intermittent audits. 

Qualifications /Experience:

  • MBBS/ BScN Nursing with knowledge of Internal Audit and preferably holding an MBA.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of operational experience and in supervisory capacity in reputable Hospital is required.
  • Incumbent needs to have good clinical experience and knowledge of medical terminology, coding system, patient care services and hospital management system.
  • Incumbent needs to have good communication skills, leadership skills and be proficient at use of MS Office and have the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task.
