Qualification & Experience:
- Medical/Para medical professionals i.e those holding an MBBS/B.ScN/BS Medical Technology/ BS Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification with 5 to 7 years’ work experience related to managing work activities in Wards Outpatient Clinics/Services of a medium to large hospital.
- Those holding an MBA in Hospital/Health Care Management or pursuing this qualification and having 5+ years related work experience are also eligible to apply for this position.
- The incumbent should have 2 to 3 years supervisory level experience in Health Care Services position at a management level.
- Candidates should have good skills for communication in English and Urdu, be competent for team building, have leadership capabilities good interpersonal skills, and be proficient at use of MS Office.
- Ability to speak or understand other languages will be an additional advantage.
