Job Description

  • Incumbent will be responsible for working with supervisor for ongoing day to day activities in coordination with concerned HODs which will include hiring, arranging interviews, preparing files of new employees, processing end of probation performance assessment, annual salary increase, promotions, fortnightly reports, maintaining statistics, preparing Job Description and working on special assignments etc.
  • Should hold an MBA/MPA/MAS or equivalent qualifications, preferably with related experience for about 2 to 3 years, have good communication skills in English & Urdu, and be proficient at use of MS Office
