Job Summary: Manager Food Services will be responsible to manage the food service facilities at LNH for employees, students, patients and their attendants and visitors. This will include managing various cafeterias on campus at LNH, ensuring full compliance for food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as patient satisfaction; and supervision of compliance for dietary requirements of patients nutrition. Incumbent will be responsible to ensure quality, adequacy of supply, and also cost control measures as per LNH policies. 

Qualifications & Experience: Masters in Food Sciences, Food Services Management, MBA or equivalent qualification with at least 8 to 10 years related work experience of retail / food service operations management including 3 to 5 years at a supervisory / managerial level. Experience of working in a high-volume hospitality environment (i.e., hospital, health care institution, hotel) and related experience in a health care organization will be preferred. Work experience in a Quality certified organization will be an advantage.
