Lathe Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating lathe machines to fabricate and modify metal components used in lawn mowers and turf equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual and CNC lathe machines to produce precision components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Ensure accuracy of dimensions by using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lathe machines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve machining processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a lathe machine operator in a manufacturing setup.
Ability to work with different materials such as steel, aluminum, and brass.
Knowledge of machine tools and machining techniques.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
