ERP & Bi Executive

Liberty Books is seeking a skilled ERP & Business Intelligence Executive with at least two years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning systems alongside advanced business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will oversee ERP system operations, ensuring smooth upgrades, data integration, and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability. This role demands a strong focus on Power BI dashboard creation, data modeling, and ETL pipeline development to provide interactive and insightful business reports essential for strategic decision-making. The executive will work collaboratively with key departments such as finance, human resources, and operations to align technology outputs with business objectives, all while maintaining data accuracy and regulatory compliance. Although this role does not require team management, close collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing user support and training remain fundamental responsibilities. In this position, the ERP & BI Executive will continuously seek opportunities to improve existing business processes through automation, advanced analytics, and ERP enhancements. The role involves translating complex business requirements into effective ERP and BI solutions, monitoring data integrity across multiple systems, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. A proactive approach to streamlining workflows and enhancing technology efficiency is crucial to support Liberty Bookss mission to optimize resource planning and reporting capabilities across its operations.
Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of the ERP system to ensure seamless functionality and minimal downtime.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to facilitate accurate and timely data flow between ERP modules, databases, and third-party systems.
Design, build, and sustain interactive Power BI dashboards, key performance indicators, and detailed reports based on business data.
Optimize data models, establish robust relationships, and develop efficient DAX calculations to support advanced analytics needs.
Provide training, technical support, and assistance to end users of ERP and BI systems to enhance user adoption and data literacy.
Collaborate closely with finance, HR, and operations teams to gather business requirements and deliver ERP and BI solutions tailored to their needs.
Monitor and validate data accuracy across all relevant systems to ensure the integrity of business information.
Drive process improvements and workflow optimizations to enhance ERP system efficiency and overall business operations.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards relating to ERP usage and business intelligence reporting.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through automation, advanced analytics, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Translate complex business analysis into actionable ERP and BI development tasks that align with organizational goals.
Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to support integration of ERP with other enterprise platforms.
