Job Responsibilities:
- Making Pay orders at the time of shipment.
- Making CJV Voucher of every consignment.
- Master file updated UK AND USA with Manifest.
- Prepare Costing for each shipments.
- Reconcile all statement with Vendor.
- Making shortages, damages & price claims for every month.
- Email parties for credit notes and updated Ledger.
- Prepared Report of Claims.
- Making Entry of supplier in software.
- Making Payment of Shippers.
- Making Sets of Document to clear GDs and sent to bank.
- Email to bank for releasing payments of GDs.
- Resolved queries of international supplier with related issues.
- Making payment vouchers with tax calculation.
