Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Page Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis for our product categories.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices for product pages.
- Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
2. Off-Page Optimization:
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
- Manage outreach campaigns to build high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze competitor link profiles.
3. Technical SEO:
- Perform regular website audits for SEO health.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technical SEO improvements.
- Ensure website structure and coding align with SEO best practices.
4. Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize blog posts and articles.
- Ensure content aligns with targeted keywords and audience intent.
- Implement schema markup and other structured data where applicable.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze SEO performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Officer with a focus on both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for books and literature is a plus.
