- Support the planning, design and architecting of SAP systems.
- Perform SAP system administration providing insight needed to optimize and maintain the overall SAP reliability, availability, and performance
- Monitor SAP instances and logs and take corrective actions if problems arise.
- Create and Maintain Metrics and Inventory that Pertain to SAP.
- Review and act on conditions found in SAP Early Watch reports.
- Maintain and update SAP spool system and scheduled jobs.
- Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Security Certificates, Application APIs, Odata interfaces, and assist with FIORI and other UX Integration.
- Perform SAP security functions, such as user and role management.
- Work closely with other department teams to ensure appropriate capacity planning actions and optimization of SAP services.
