Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration strategy by designing and governing the comprehensive plan to transition the legacy acquiring platform to a modern processing architecture.
- Ensure flawless execution of the cutover process by defining controlled protocols, rollback scenarios, balance reconciliation, and contingency plans to guarantee zero operational impact.
- Maintain data integrity through strict governance, quality control, and reconciliation mechanisms between platforms to protect merchant information, balances, and transactions.
- Facilitate clear and technical communication with global teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams by combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies to meet project milestones within industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Over 4 years of experience leading complex technological migrations in financial services, payment media, or acquiring platforms.
- Deep understanding of acquiring transactional flows, including authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, and chargebacks, as well as integrating legacy platforms with modern systems.
- Technical knowledge of messaging standards such as ISO 8583, APIs, batch file processing, and financial services architecture.
- Proven ability to develop cutover plans, rollback strategies, and transactional reconciliation schemes.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) for effective technical communication.
- Proficiency in management tools including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coaching) are highly valued.
- Previous experience working directly with international card brands such as VISA or Mastercard is a plus.
- Knowledge of data security standards in payment media, particularly PCI-DSS, is desirable.
