Life Insurance Sales Agent

We are looking for experienced Life Insurance Sales Agents based in Karachi who have a strong background in selling life insurance products through inbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge of Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, and other related insurance products. This role involves engaging with potential customers, clearly explaining various coverage options, building trust, and professionally closing sales. The position offers a fast-paced, target-driven environment that is well-suited for motivated sales professionals eager to achieve and exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from customers interested in life insurance products.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, and other insurance options to prospective clients.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the entire sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and lead information.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide professional and compliant customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in life insurance sales.
- Demonstrated success in selling insurance products via inbound calls.
- Strong understanding of Term Life, Whole Life, and Final Expense insurance products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Must be based in Karachi, Pakistan.
- Ability to perform well in a target-oriented sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with U.S. insurance campaigns is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs350,000.
- Work will be conducted in person, offering a collaborative office environment.
