Lift Operator

The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute (TKC-PGTI) is seeking a dedicated Lift Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the hospital’s lifts, ensuring the timely transportation of patients, attendants, staff, and visitors to their designated floors. This role requires a reliable individual who can work in shifts and maintain a high level of professionalism and safety awareness in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lifts safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Transport patients, attendants, staff, and other passengers to their respective floors in a timely manner.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure readiness for assigned shifts.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and hospital staff to provide smooth service.
- Monitor lift conditions and report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all hospital guidelines related to lift operation and emergency response.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Middle or Matric.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work in shifts, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
- Strong awareness of lift safety and emergency procedures.
- Punctual and responsible with a professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in a healthcare environment is highly preferred to understand the sensitivity and urgency involved in patient transportation.
- The position offers a monthly pay range from Rs 351.42 to Rs 1,482.40.
- Work location is on-site, requiring physical presence at the hospital.
