We are looking for a Business Development Manager. The perfect candidate can have the expertise to interact professionally with current and potential international customers via email, telephone conferencing, online portals web-based communications, etc. They should be confident in building new client relationships. They should have strong communication skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Well-versed in events, sales, and marketing.
- International experience (UK & USA) in sales, software, and marketing.
- Able to create, run, and monitor multiple email marketing campaigns.
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the project.
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
- Project price estimation, quote/proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Conducts research and prepares for market development calls for assigned markets to ensure successful outcomes
- Makes high volume outbound calls and identifies opportunities to sell solutions (and also communicate via email and LinkedIn)
Qualifications :
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- CRM experience is preferred
- 3 Years International experienced (UK & USA) in sales, software and marketing.
Qualifications: Bachelor's
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- 2+ years of new business/lead generation/qualification experience including experience with high-volume outbound calls required
