  • The main responsibilities of this job include Cash Collection, Payments and invoicing from customers (cash and credit cards). 
  • Maintaining cash account, maintaining ledgers and receiving Walk-in customers. 
  • Maintain proper filing and records of each transaction.
  • Supervise administrative staff.
  • Phone calls & correspondence.
  • Approvals & verifications.
  • Daily book-keeping and petty cash management.
  • Update records of daily purchase.
  • Track stocks 
  • Preparing daily sales reports
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Keeping track of the inventory
