• Assist Head of HR in business process re-engineering and restructuring
  • Assist Head of HR in conducting job analysis (job evaluation, job description and job specification)
  • Assist Head of HR in developing skill matrix
  • Coordination between HR and departmental heads in defining departmental missions, goals, and values contributing to corporate Vision, Mission and Goal.
