- Maintenance ledgers, e.i, vendors, Investment, employees advances etc.
- Preparation of salary sheet
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparation of status report for cash inflow & cash outflow
Audit Officer
- Verification of documents, i.e, Payments, expenses, etc.
- Review of audit files.
- Inventory stock audit
- Dealing with banks to keep operation up to date.
- Make sure all processes incurring according to company’s SOPs.
- Any other assignment given by immediate boss.
- Regular Stock Taking of All Shops
