We are looking for a confident and sales-oriented professional to manage customer inquiries and bookings for luxury chauffeur and limousine services across the United States. This role primarily involves handling inbound sales, providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, conducting follow-ups, and working closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure flawless service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the flexibility to work night and rotational shifts aligned with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and booking inquiries from US-based customers promptly and professionally.
- Prepare accurate quotations, clearly explain pricing details, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up on pending quotes and address sales objections effectively to maximize conversion rates.
- Handle reservations, including booking changes, special customer requests, and complaint resolution.
- Keep customer records, quotes, and booking statuses updated within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to coordinate trip details and ensure smooth service execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English and professional telephone communication skills are essential.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or reservations roles.
- Strong follow-up skills, negotiation abilities, and a demonstrated track record of successful sales conversions.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts and rotational schedules aligned with US business hours.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reservation management tools is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in limousine services, chauffeur companies, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of dispatch software such as Limo Anywhere is a significant advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in DHA, Lahore.
- Competitive monthly salary starting from Rs80,000.
