Limousine Dispatcher - Customer Support

YSF Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Limousine Dispatcher to manage transportation services for premium clients across the U.S. The successful candidate will handle reservation management, chauffeur assignments, trip monitoring, and maintain smooth communication between clients and drivers. Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate limousine bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Assign trips to chauffeurs based on their availability, location, and operational needs.
- Monitor ongoing trips to guarantee timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain clear communication with chauffeurs regarding trip updates, schedule changes, delays, and special client requests.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and dispatch systems.
- Address operational issues swiftly and provide immediate solutions to any service disruptions.
- Track driver availability, trip status, and fleet utilization to optimize resources.
- Keep accurate records of dispatch activities, trip logs, and customer information.
- Collaborate with management to uphold service quality and improve operational processes.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and client-specific requirements consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in limousine dispatch, transportation dispatch, logistics, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, along with the ability to quickly learn dispatch software.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Willingness to work evening or night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
