Job Description

  • Must know all necessary details about Limton’s solutions to be able to convince client about importance of Annual Maintenance Contract
  • Must know all Limton advantages to be able to convince client about importance of Annual Maintenance Contract with Limton
  • Responsible to generate business through Annual Maintenance Contracts; new and/or renewals, as assigned
  • Keeps track of clients whose warranty/service contract is expiring in upcoming months
  • Collects services and complaint details being provided to the client from CRM Team/TL Hardware/TL Software
  • Prepares Annual Maintenance Contract proposals for the client(s) for new or renewal, as the case maybe
  • Sends the proposal to the client through fax/email/courier/by hand (all or any way required)
  • Ensures a good followup with client on phone and in written about receiving of Annual maintenance Contract proposal
  • Maintain track of follow up with current status.
  • Convinces client to enter / renew Annual Maintenance Contract in order to get continued services from Limton for installed solution
  • Arranges contract meetings of client with concerned Engineer (if required)
  • Ensures in-time receipt of approval from client for Annual Maintenance Contract to be able to provide them further services after warranty/contract expiry
  • Enters the contract details in database for sharing with other concerned colleagues
  • Ensures contract details are Updated in database so that concern can manage the required services/complaint rectification through  Support Staff
  • Ensures invoice generation for the Annual Maintenance Contract through coordination with Accounts Department
  • Responsible for recovery of payments from contracts’ accounts/clients
  • Responsible for recovery of Income Tax / Sales Tax Challans.
  • Must prepare and submit a monthly report showing all Annual Maintenance Contracts due & achieved alongwith payment status at each month end
  • Monitors and reports all matters of concern to Manager
  • Keeps monitoring the Annual Maintenance Contracts status to ensure its growing and clients are availing it with Limton
  • Incase required, works out strategies with inputs from seniors to attract the clients who are not availing Annual Maintenance Contract services from Limton
