We are seeking a dedicated Line Operator to join our production team and contribute to the efficient, safe, and smooth operation of our production line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery involved in lubricant filling, packing, and other production processes, ensuring that all activities meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor lubricant filling, packing, and production line equipment to maintain continuous workflow. Ensure machinery runs smoothly and report any malfunctions or issues promptly to avoid production delays. Conduct regular checks on product quantity, packaging, labeling, and overall quality to meet company standards. Follow production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines rigorously. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Handle packaging materials and finished products with care to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records related to production and machine operation. Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Team to address any operational challenges. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards on the production floor at all times.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have completed Matric, Intermediate, or hold a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or an equivalent qualification. A basic understanding of machinery and production processes is essential. The role requires a responsible and punctual individual who can work effectively in shifts and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience as a Line Operator in industries such as lubricants, oil, chemicals, FMCG, or manufacturing is preferred, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The position offers health insurance coverage and either lunch or a lunch allowance as part of the benefits package.

This is an in-person role located at 27 KM, Multan Road, Marakah, Lahore. The monthly salary ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
