A reputable organization is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Electrical Supervisor to support the construction and maintenance of transmission and distribution works. This role requires hands-on experience in electrical trade supervision within a recognized electric supply or electrical construction environment. The position is based anywhere in Balochistan and offers a competitive pay scale aligned with government standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical trade activities related to the construction and maintenance of transmission and distribution networks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications during project execution.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to maintain workflow efficiency and quality control.
- Monitor progress and report on work status, addressing any operational issues promptly.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and laborers on site.
- Assist in planning and scheduling of electrical works to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- A three-year diploma from a Government Poly-Technical Institute or an equivalent recognized qualification in the electrical field.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in the electrical trade, preferably within an electric supply undertaking or a reputable electrical concern engaged in transmission and distribution construction.
