LinkedIn Outreach Executive

Digitally Hatch, a full-service digital agency serving international markets, is expanding its business development team and seeking an Outreach Specialist. This role focuses on initiating conversations with potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn and email, ultimately generating qualified leads for the business development team to convert. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at crafting personalized outreach messages that engage decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and compile targeted lists of companies and key decision-makers within our primary markets.
- Create and send personalized outreach messages and follow-up communications via LinkedIn and email.
- Manage outreach campaigns, tracking responses, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates to measure effectiveness.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule calls for the Business Development Lead to advance the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system and tracking sheets on a daily basis.
- Experiment with new messaging strategies, audience targeting, and outreach tools to improve engagement and response rates.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in outreach, lead generation, or sales development; strong recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of written English with a clear, persuasive communication style.
- Ability to work comfortably with targets and provide daily reporting on outreach activities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and diligent in following up with prospects.
