LinkedIn Outreach & Growth Specialist (BDM) | PKR 60,000 Basic + 15 USD Per Qualified Appointment + Commission | Remote The pay

PKR 60,000 basic salary per month
15 USD for every qualified appointment you book
10% commission on every deal you close yourself
If you’d rather not close, you still earn 5% on sales once your qualified meetings turn into closed deals

Building and qualifying lead lists of the right decision-makers
Running LinkedIn outreach from connection request to booked meeting
Holding discovery and sales calls on your own
Handling objections, following up and closing deals
Keeping your pipeline clean and updated
Keeping the LinkedIn profiles you use for outreach sharp and credible
Using AI tools to work faster, without spamming anyone

You prospect, you pitch, you close. Your target 10 qualified appointments a month.

A qualified appointment means the prospect shows real interest in working with us, actually shows up to the meeting, and fits our ideal customer profile. Sending a proposal alone doesn’t count, and neither does a meeting booked just to hit a number.

Work details

Remote, full-time
2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PKT, Monday to Saturday
You may work on a client’s account or on Somi Buzz’s own pipeline, with the same pay and expectations either way

Who we’re looking for

Someone who is genuinely good at LinkedIn outreach, not just familiar with it
Comfortable with Sales Navigator filters and Boolean search
Confident on sales calls and with objections
Clear, professional English
Takes ownership without being chased
Speaks up when results are slow instead of going quiet
