We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in gathering and interpreting requirements, managing stakeholders, and delivering data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
Identify gaps and recommend improvements in business processes and systems
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
Work closely with IT, development teams, and QA to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives and business goals
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders at all levels
Participate in the development of business cases and feasibility studies

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and documentation techniques
Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification
Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus
