To perform machining, drilling, milling and all operations related to the machine shop as per construction drawing / clients standard & specifications applicable to the products.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To follow the machine shop production priority schedule,
Arrangement of all tools, jigs and fixtures at work place to perform machining work.
Oiling for all moving parts prior to machining operations,
Use of proper tooling for appropriate operation.
Housekeeping at work places.
Reporting to the Supervisor immediately if any breakdown of machine / Problem in performing
machining to avoid any hold up in work.
Preserve work all tools for reuse.
Cleaning of machine after shift. Prior to leaving the work place,
Transfer of identification marks on machined product for traceability.
To adopt all standard feed, speeds jigs fixtures to perform machining work as appropriate to
the material property.
Inform in advance for required tools etc.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Technical

Should be able to understand and communicate
Learning attitude
Educational Qualifications
High school graduate / ITI trade certificate

Experience

5-7 years' experience in Industrial machine shop with thorough knowledge of drawing, surface finish requirement.
