Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-service industry with a focus on HR.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and operational management.

What will your role look like?

Maintain HR and operational client databases.
Support the HR consulting team in executing client projects.
Assist in managing HR consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Communicate with clients, gathering requirements and providing updates.
Maintain client records and track project milestones.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle documentation, invoicing, and operational processes.
