- Engineer and optimize RHEL platforms with a focus on kernel, CPU, memory, I/O, and network/TCP performance.
- Define and implement Linux security, hardening, configuration, and compliance standards.
- Develop monitoring and observability solutions for Linux OS and Dell/HPE server infrastructure, integrating with tools such as Splunk, ELK, SIEM, and AppDynamics.
- Automate patching, firmware updates, configuration management, monitoring, and compliance using Ansible, Bash, and Python.
- Create AI-driven solutions to enhance Linux engineering and business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
- Support Linux platforms across OpenShift, VMware, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
- Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for critical incidents and lead root cause analysis efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and BAU teams to establish future-state Linux standards.
