You will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position involves handling inbound & outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Providing information about products or services, including pricing, availability, and benefits.
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher levels when necessary.
  4. Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  5. Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  6. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
  7. Meeting and exceeding performance targets for customer satisfaction, call resolution, and other relevant metrics.
  8. Staying informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Adhering to call center procedures, guidelines, and quality standards. Continuously improving product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or Inter degree; additional education or certification is a plus.
  2. Fresher or Experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Basic computer skills.
  7. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Willingness to work for both Evening and Night Shifts.
