Little Darling by Zubaidas is looking for Merchandiser for Knits and for Easternwear, following are the responsiblities:
- Responsible for the product design, product costing and sourcing
- Maintaining and follow-up sampling and approval process.
- Responsible to manage complete process from fabric to packing
- Prepare Time and action plan (TNA) and also sourcing plan with execution processes
- Responsible for sampling and liaise with the related departments to deliver the product within the desired time frame.
- Manage team of quality controllers and maintain Quality standards
- Should stay up to date and well informed about fashion trends, new innovative techniques etc.
- Advising and assisting the production and quality departments
- Responsible for audit and inspections
- Manage schedule and deadlines
- Liaise with the Marketing team to provide them with necessary USPs, keywords and product specification
- Able to understand fabric and garment technical details as per requirement /standards.
- Able to analyze sales figures, customer reactions and marketing trends to anticipate product needs as per market trend
