We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to act as a vital link between our customers and clients. This role primarily involves assisting customers through chat and email by addressing inquiries related to orders, service delivery, billing, and other concerns. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate responses, maintain detailed records of interactions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Provide real-time support to resolve customer questions and issues efficiently.
- Accurately document each customer interaction, including the problem and the resolution provided.
- Manage customer communications through email, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal or external teams for further action.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education level or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and processes.
- A strong customer-centric attitude focused on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to quickly learn and adjust to new systems and environments.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- At least 2 years of experience in live chat support is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- This is a full-time, in-person role based at our DHA Phase 4, Lahore office.
- Monthly salary is Rs75,000.00.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office location.
