  • Organize trainings/ sessions on Livelihood at field level
  • Identify on-farm and off-farm livelihood trades according to the local market
  • Find ways to increase local Livelihood opportunities and productivity at certain area
  • Provide technical support on field to staff and as well as local communities
  • Coordination with local line departments (e.g. Agriculture & Livestock)
  • Implement improved techniques and skills in order to enhance Livelihood activities
  • Work closely with Livelihood staff for conducting trainings and other related activities of the project
  • Support to organize and conduct sessions in internal community regarding Livelihood practices that ensure what community want and process the demand further across field offices as well as
  • Organizing and Facilitating exposure opportunities for communities.
  • Any other duties/tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Identify cash for work schemes and design with engineers.
  • Facilitate community through CVA in the implementation of Cash for work schemes.
