LLC & Merchant Account Specialist

This role focuses on managing the entire process of US LLC formation and registration, ensuring all related business documentation and compliance requirements are handled efficiently. The candidate will assist clients in establishing their US business presence by managing EIN applications, facilitating business bank account setups, and supporting merchant account onboarding. Strong communication with payment processors and service providers is critical, along with maintaining accurate records and monitoring application statuses to guarantee timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the US LLC formation and registration process from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate EIN applications and prepare all necessary business documentation.
- Assist clients with fulfilling requirements for opening US business bank accounts.
- Prepare and submit applications for merchant accounts and payment processors.
- Collect, organize, and verify KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), and underwriting documents.
- Maintain regular communication with payment processors and service providers to track application progress.
- Follow up on pending, approved, or declined merchant account applications to ensure timely resolution.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of LLC formations and merchant account applications.
- Ensure all submitted applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the business formation and merchant onboarding process.

Required Qualifications
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with US LLC formation processes.
- Understanding of KYC/KYB procedures and business verification requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent documentation and organizational capabilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential business information securely.
