LLC & Merchant Account Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the formation and registration of US LLCs, as well as oversee merchant account applications and payment processing documentation. The ideal candidate will support clients through the entire business formation and merchant onboarding process, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle sensitive business information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US LLC formation and registration process efficiently.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of EIN applications and related business documentation.
- Assist clients in meeting US business bank account requirements.
- Prepare and submit applications for merchant accounts and payment processors.
- Collect, organize, and maintain KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), and underwriting documents.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with payment processors and service providers.
- Follow up on the status of merchant applications, including pending, approved, or declined cases.
- Ensure all applications and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Keep detailed records of LLC formations and merchant account applications.
- Provide ongoing assistance and support to clients throughout the business formation and merchant onboarding journey.

Required Qualifications

- Practical experience and knowledge of US LLC formation processes.
- Familiarity with merchant accounts, payment processing systems, or payment gateways is highly desirable.
- Understanding of KYC/KYB procedures and business verification requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and the capacity to manage confidential business information responsibly.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
