LMP Associate-Logistics

This role involves managing and overseeing the daily operations and performance of both First Mile and Last Mile logistics processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that key operational KPIs such as On-Time Handling (OTH), efficiency, success rate, daily Cash on Delivery (COD) compliance, and backlog management are consistently met. Close monitoring of delivery hub attendance, productivity, shipment carried, backlog, and aging will be essential to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily Last Mile Partner (LMP) operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure achievement of critical operational KPIs including OTH, efficiency, success rate, daily COD compliance, and backlog reduction.
- Track and analyze delivery hub attendance, productivity, shipments carried, backlog, and shipment aging.
- Coordinate closely with LMP partners to resolve operational challenges and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular field visits to LMP cities to assess performance, perform audits, and deliver training sessions for partners and staff.
- Oversee daily COD monitoring, perform daily and weekly cash reconciliations, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding payments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, Last Mile delivery, or operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage competing priorities, and travel as required for field operations.
