Flink Freight Logistics is seeking a dedicated OTR Load Coordinator to join their team in Saddar, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position operates during the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The role involves managing over-the-road freight operations, ensuring efficient load coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in booking loads, negotiating rates, and tracking shipments to guarantee timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers to optimize freight operations.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate freight rates effectively to maintain and improve profit margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business needs.
- Track shipments proactively and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate load documentation and update internal systems promptly.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics or call center environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work night shifts and perform effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with OTR freight operations is a plus.
