This full-time, on-site position operates during the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Key Responsibilities

- Book and manage OTR loads by liaising with carriers and brokers to secure efficient freight movement.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to guarantee timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate freight rates to optimize profit margins while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing operations.
- Track shipments closely and proactively address any operational challenges that arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date load documentation and promptly update internal systems.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or call center environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work the designated night shift and perform well under pressure.
- Familiarity with OTR freight operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
