We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Saddar, Rawalpindi, as a Logistics Coordinator. This role involves managing over-the-road (OTR) freight loads by working closely with carriers and brokers to ensure timely shipments and deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work night shifts, and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers to optimize freight operations.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins while maintaining strong partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business.
- Track shipments closely and proactively resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the system for each load handled.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in call center or logistics environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for managing carrier and client relationships.
- Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM) and perform effectively under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is a plus, enhancing operational efficiency.
