This full-time, on-site position is for a Lockstitch and Overlock Operator within the garment manufacturing industry based in Lahore. The role involves operating industrial stitching machines to produce high-quality garments, ensuring seam integrity, and maintaining production efficiency. The operator will be responsible for inspecting stitched products, meeting daily production targets, and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or fabric defects to the relevant departments. Key Responsibilities
- Operate Lockstitch and Overlock machines efficiently to meet production goals.
- Inspect seams and stitching quality to ensure compliance with garment standards.
- Adjust thread tension and perform routine machine care to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Identify and report any mechanical faults or fabric issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience operating Lockstitch and Overlock machines, ideally within garment manufacturing.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
