We are a growing software development startup looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Manager to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by securing new client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify leads through freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancers, etc.) and other creative channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our services effectively.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal generation and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate project scoping and client expectations.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and sales conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of the freelance marketplace and platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and CRM tools.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with MERN/PERN stack technologies.
