We are a growing software development startup looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Manager to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by securing new client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify leads through freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancers, etc.) and other creative channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our services effectively.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal generation and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate project scoping and client expectations.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and sales conversion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of the freelance marketplace and platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and CRM tools.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
