We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Project Manager on an urgent basis.
This position is Remote Project manager responsibilities include developing project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks and team members. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Project Manager will be directly reporting to the CEO of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and team for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
- Ensure that Operations are handled flawlessly
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate proposed systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
- Able to write blogs, articles and polices to support the projects.
Requirements and Skills
- Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Ability to stay on task, and multitask, in a remote work environment
- Must have supported remote teams and have proven track record for productivity
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
