We require candidates for our Tech Support team. They will be part of CS team that will work to give par excellence technical support to our customers both internal and external. The Team Also resolves day to day issues using different utilities and by coordinating with Tech ops and Dev Team.  They will be Monitoring processes and looks after configurations of business applications.

  •  Communicate with clients through emails and calls
  •  Work in close coordination with Tech ops and Dev to resolve customer issues.
  •  Keep track of issues, resolutions and ETA’s.
  •  Monitoring of production applications and server health checks.
  •  Keep track of Daily EOD and SOD tasks.
  •  Resolves issues using different utilities.
