Logistics Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Logistics Operations professional to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bahadurabad, Karachi. This role operates Monday through Friday, with shift timings from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PST). The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing logistics processes, ensuring timely shipment and documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders to support smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all email communications, ensuring minimal response time.
- Maintain and update internal tracking sheets and company web portals on a daily basis.
- Accurately document delivery orders, bills of lading, release documents, proof of delivery, rate confirmations, and load confirmations in a timely manner.
- Plan and monitor the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Recruit and coordinate logistics personnel, including truck drivers, as needed.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, retailers, customers, and truckers to negotiate profitable deals and ensure mutual satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple processes efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle overseas customers via phone.
- Problem-solving aptitude and sound decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel functions.
- Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
