This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in freight brokerage, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure reliable carriers to meet shipment requirements.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and clients to maximize profitability.
- Manage and coordinate shipments efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Logistics Broker or in freight brokerage.
- In-depth knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and carriers simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
- Comfortable working during the designated hours of 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
