Logistics Dispatch Executive - US Operations

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatch Executive to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. This role involves coordinating and scheduling truck drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries, primarily during rotational night shifts. The successful candidate will act as a vital communication link between drivers, customers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation operations. This position requires working six days a week with one weekly off, as determined by management, and offers a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Monitor driver locations and progress using dispatch software to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays to maintain service quality.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of routes, schedules, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations at all times.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in truck dispatching or a related logistics role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and related tools is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a customer service-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required to communicate clearly with all parties involved.

This role is based at our office located in PECHS Block 6, near Delhi Sweet on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The work schedule involves rotational shifts covering early morning, day, and night hours (2:00 AM - 10:00 AM, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, and 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM). The position offers a salary range of Rs. 70,000 to 90,000, depending on the candidate’s profile and experience.
